Well, after lots of calls, salesman, and driving around...I got my Max! (Actually pick it up Saturday at 2). A new carbon '99 from a totally different dealer----8900,+ got a Yamaha backrest and all costs on all scheduled maintenence for three years for 500 off (799)---this seemed like a good deal---one of the main attractions of this is a guaranteed 72 hour turnaround on maintenence...I feel like the little I've picked on this list already really helped, and I look forward to getting to know my V-Max and picking up more knowlege and information from you all as time goes on!
