At least check out this site .. they have a note on this page about
setting to 2 cylinder for a Vmax etc ....
I haven't the slightest idea what is safe for your Long Rod .. I would
have assumed that PCW would have had some comments ... However ...
take a look at the dyno they did ....... and try to pick a shift point
that will utilize the majority of your top end hp peak, (both sides of
the hump .. it does little good to shift at peak hp .. ). I think it
is on Terry's site .... I will look ......... Where have you "been"
shifting ????
