help pls - fork oil quantity

Can anyone advise on the correct qty of oil for standard front forks (both
pre-93 and 93+) with Progressive springs (no emulators) - started checking
the archives but it keeps freezing up on me.. For sooth, 'tis a little
urgent :-)
