I don't know if it applies but thought I'd share:
Most thread locking compounds are designed to hold against specific heat
range. I have found that most will become brittle (like Loc-Tite 721 for
example) when chilled.
Cool the part (freezer, dry ice). Use a small impact driver to remove or
break loose the fasteners.

Scott, you may want to have a small torch handy. They use a thread
sealant and I've had the heads snap off. Use a small amout of heat on
the side of the bolts till it starts to turn. If it gets tight again, a
little more heat until its out.
