I placed the odessey in my 99. Have been very pleased with it. Then again I have
only had it for 3 months. It is a very tight fit, but it will go in the stock box.
The first time I placed it in, the rubber "tie down" strap from the front of the
battery box, got sucked inbetween the box wall and the odessey. Man you talk about a
son-of-a-bitc* to get it out. I had to sit on the air box to get a good enough grip
to pull it out. I also had to remove the spacer on the bottom of the box to set it
deep enough to clear the hardware mounted above the battery. Also take some advice
from a coon-ass, when you disconnect all the plugs from this hardware, label them so
that you will know what goes where. Some will cross mate, and of course Mr Max will
not start. Don't ask me how I know this.

It took me three weeks for my odessy to come in, and my long term memory is not what
it was. To quote another Maxer "have a photographic memory but have long since run
out of film."
