To get the best 60ft.times you can, you need to get the bike down to the
2" minimum. Thats as low as you can legally run. It will let you launch
harder and help keep the front down. Next practice, practice, and more
practice. Start with a stretch of payment that is slicker than a glass
door nob covered in owl s--t, you'll learn to control wheel spin. Once
you've got that down, now find a section of rough concrete that will
give great bite. Now how hard can you launch without the speedo hitting
you in the face? The article on Pauls' site by Dale Walker is good
reading and will help. Trick is to get going, no wheel spin and don't
lift the front, you don't slip the clutch and you don't bog. Make sure
your clutch is up to it.
