Ok, this is one for the books.
havent rode the max in about a week. I go out and try to start it today
and it fires right up with the choke on.
Then Dies as soon as I back off the choke.
It will start and run poorly with choke on but nothing else.
It won't take any throttle at all, or dies.
Checked fuel pump and delivery right up to carbs . All ok , Flow good
Pulled air box and dribbled gas down carbs while running rough with
choke on just a little bit, it picked right up.
I'll be danged if I can figure what happened. It ran fine a week ago.
Made sure all 4 jugs are firing, they are. all header pipes get warm
from the go.
I have a large inline filter so I don't think it's trash.
Any Ideas ??
