Subject: Help; Rectifier needs Viagra
Message-ID: <[EMAIL PROTECTED]>
I'm on my second factory rectifier in three years. The one on my bike
now is only putting out about 13.4 volts. All the usual mods done. I
have an extra ground wire, good and or new connectors and clean and flat
connection to heat sink. I know I can go to a post 96 factory rectifier
with heat sink fins but I'm really interested in the aftermarket ones
that have been touted as much better performing on this list.
Especially interested in units that are very efficient at lower RPM's (
-2500 ). I'm finding city driving drags down my battery especially once
the fan kick's in. The effect of this is my V-max starts dropping a
cylinder here a and there. My stage 7 setup doesn't like bumper to
bumper traffic so it needs all the help it can get.
Any and all help appreciated. Cheers
