Steve, he's not mixing it with water, but something else. As its
produced propolyene glycol is in a gel state and has to be cut before it
can be used. The impellers he showed, the Evans is a reverse flow. He's
pushing the coolant through the head first and then the block, which is
the best way to make power. It cools the intake charge better making
more power. No you can't reverse the flow on a max with a mechanical
pump, unless you want to spend money for a new set of cases that are
redesigned to do this. Doug Nelson has added a electric water pump to do
this. It won't be cheap to duplicate.
