Fwd: SRS Performance Jacket????

Does anyone have this jacket from Chapparal Motorsports in California?  It 
lists for $230.00 in ads in Motorcyclist magazine.

I need to know if this jacket keeps out the wind and prevents that dreaded 
"ballooning" look where the jacket is filled with air.
