You didnt drill the 3/8 holes using the rivet holes as a pilot hole did ya? If
you didnt, use a #10 sheet metal screw to reinstal the plates. I did that to
mine so I can go from loud to quite and back in 5 min.
other wise ya gonna have to weld it.
