snip I've got a Kerker on the way and I know i'm going to have to do some kind of jetting over the original stage 1 that came from the dealer with the Vortex slip ons, which by the way will be for sale (cheap!) soon....Thx.

You don't need to do a stage 7 to install a Kerker. If that's all you're doing in terms of mods to the motor, a stage 7 kit is overkill. In fact, you don't even have to do a Stage 1 kit with just a pipe change. You can shim the mains and do just fine. Since you already have a Stage 1 installed, just play with that until you have it working well.
