Well, since this rough shift into second is not going to get better by itself, I will probably take the bike in next week; wish me luck!! I'm hopeful that this will be fixed without turning to Yammy Customer Relations... If any of you have any advice for me, I'd really appreciate it. Forewarned is forearmed. How long do you think I'll be without my bike, assuming they're not too busy? Also, how many road test miles do you think are reasonable?
