Sorry if my coon-A$$ English came over wrong. They are two different bulbs. The Blue is the color of the gas inside the bulb. The cheep ones on the market have the blue painted on and it eventually flakes off. The bright white is a different bulb entirely. It is so bost to be a "bright" white, some kind of different wave lenght than an ordinary bulb. I have the bright white in one headlight and the blue light in my other headlight housing. Thay alternate based on where my HIGH/LOW beam switch is located. Sorry for the confusion.
