the OLD MAN convinced me to try out the METZLER 880 tire, but I
noticed a bunch of
you guys bitchin' about the speed rating. I purchased from
www.mawonline.com and
noticed the choices for the 150 series rear tire.

"I" havent seen anyone mention the 150/80 "V" 15 tire, but its
working fine. the
reduced side wall height doesnt look bad at all (doesnt leave
large gaps under
fender), BUT it gives 2 advantages:
1..you get the V speed rating.
2..the size difference gives a slightly lower gear ratio and a
slightly better
launch.
this will be my permanent rear replacement tire........thanx OLD
MAN!!!!!
