I'd appreciate some advice about idling mixture adjustment. I've been trying
to set my idling mixture screws to an optimal setting but the idling is
still a bit rough. The performance above idle is fine.

I've tried setting the screws equal amounts from 1 1/2 to 3 turns but can't
get the idling smooth. Today I tried adjusting them one at a time closing
each one, one at a time but the results were inconclusive. I did find one
thing though. If I close No 1 all the way in so that No 1 cyclinder is no
longer participating the idling with just the 3 cylinders firing is really
even and smooth. So does this mean there's something wrong with No 1 carb?
If so what would be the likely cause?
