Go to jazproducts.com they have foam kits and are most helpful.
If your "neck" is a couple of inches in diameter you can do it. Hint! Cut
the foam to the cross section shape (round in your case) in layers like a
cake. Then squeeze one layer at a time into the tank till you build the full
shape. Use a wooden paint paddle to push with....
