Can you guys tell me what starting year, 19??, has all the best upgrades
like a 2000?(bigger forks, etc) I was going to buy a new Max but I just saw
a 1990, 7500 miles, all stock for $4900. It seems if I bought a clean one
for this price, I could put all the goodies on with the savings.
