Tobin, did they try to turn the motor over? If not, then pull the plugs. Take some light oil, auto tranny fluid, Marvel Mystery oil and put some in each cylinder. Turn the crank over a few times to get all the excess out. Put new plugs in and start it, it will smoke till the excees oil is burned out.
