question:

my 1992 VMax is seeping oil from where the drive shaft housing connects to 
the final drive assembly( connected by 4 bolts in a square ).  from checking 
in the service book it looks like i need to replace the oil seal and o-ring 
that are 'between' the coupling gear and the bearing retainer.  is this a 
pretty straight forward undertaking. i have never been in this part of the 
bike before... only rear oil changes.  is there anything else i should do 
when i am getting into this?  thank you in advance!


For anybody interested in R1 calipers, here is a link to an auction on eBay. 
  he has separate auctions going for left / right side calipers, but the 
high bid on each is at $26 dollars at this time and the bidding ends on 
Sunday.   i do NOT know the seller.
