It's not quite that simple with the boost/compression ratio
relationship,,,,,,,,,,, The way you put it would only work if there were
infinite time for the cylinders to fill 100% from a perfect vacuum and there
was 0% leakage anywhere.
A Max could handle 5 psi no sweat and maybe 7 psi on 93 octane,
especially if the timing could be backed down 5 degrees.
