Ram air sure seams like a pain in the A$$ to tune.  I mean wouldn't you have 
to have a fan that throws air down the scoops at the same speed as the back 
tire is turning if you used a dyno?   You could do the plug reading thing but 
that makes for a LONG time before you finally get the jets in right!  I am 
hoping that Jon's fuel injection system that he is working at UFO has a feed 
back loop (O2 sensor)!  Carb tuning is a pain in the A$$ and if you start 
putting things like ram air into the equation.  You are by far pretty good at 
picking jets!!
