Maybe the context was not appropriate. Here in Florida "homeboy" usually
means hispanic, not A-A. He didn't specify. Maybe he should have said
miscreant or "gangsta" ;-)

I haven't seen a post from any of our hispanic brethren about that post.

IMHO as an IT person; Al Gore deserves every quip/shot/criticism for making
such a statement (inventing the Internet).

So, are we going to eliminate witticisms, aphorisms, metaphors,
colloquialisms, analogies and other cultural indicators from the list ??

Paul has warned members on this list time and again to keep postings
TECHNICAL in nature.  As an African-American, I am offended by comments such
