You can go to the motocom site and order a manual for a '92. No matter
what "year" you request ... all orders are going to be filled with the
same manual ....... I am absolutely positive they won't be stocking
manuals that don't include all the latest supplements. When you use
your manual ... you will simply "not" look at the "E", (93), or "H",
(96), supplements because you won't find the changes noted in those
supplements incorporated on a stock 1992 Vmax.

All manuals are "N" - 1985 manuals
Depending on when your manual was actually purchased you may find "S",
(86), "U", (88), "E", (93), or "H", (96) supplements. Once a
supplement appears in the manual ... it continues to appear in all
future issues of the manual ... so you won't be finding one with an
"H" that doesn't have the "E" etc .....
