Just wanted to let those of you who might use Pay Pal services to consider
my experience. I have never applied for their services, used any of their
services, or desired any of their services yet somehow they billed my credit
card for almost $500. My credit card company is handling it, but Pay Pal
says there is nothing that they can do about it. Being forewarned is
forearmed.
