Hi Philippe,
Oil in the coolant is a serious thing. As oil pressure is always higher
that the pressure in the cooling system, intercommunication can happen at
any gasket than is common between them. Usually, it is the head gasket.
If it was me, I'd flush the coolant system and refill it. Then I'd check
the cap (when cool) after every trip to see when, and if, and how much oil
appears (it will float up to the top of the system). There is a chance that
you have no problem if this is the first time your changing the coolant.
You should also check for "milky" looking oil in the filler port and
sight window. If you have that it means that coolant is also getting into
the oil. Don't run the engine if that is the case as only heavy damage will
result. This is far more serious than a little crap in the radiator.
