I don't understand some of this. For '00 VMAX color-rite lists the color
'yamaha black'. They have a top coat and no base coat listed. For those of
us with the faux carbon fiber finish ('99 ers also) How would we touch up
this finish? It is true that this is a decal with clear coat? Is this
repairable?
If there is a decal under the clear coat what additional problems does this
cause for a full repaint to another color?
