Go down to the local office supply store, pick up a few reams of printer
paper, an extra ink/toner cartridge or two, a dozen or so binders and head
out on the internet and make your own.  I suggest starting a Ingo's site,
then Paul's site, then Terrys site, then...  well you get the picture.  The
best reading on the 'Max is available right in front of you.  I print stuff
up once in a while to keep my eyes from turning to flaming mush.
