Steve Motorcyclist magazine has been verry close on this issue lately  they
havent stated any names inparticular except to find a attorney that
specializes in motorcycle accidents and to only expect about 50% or less and
dont be surprised if the sued insurance co sues you back. Motorcyclist has
been on this because of a reporter named Greg that was run off the road at
the Honda hoot and killed. The AMA also has been on top of road rage 4wheels
against 2wheels again if ever in this situation be sure you have hired a
specialist!!!!! These are the storise I hate to hear about and the reason I
ride with proper gear all year around if its 90 I still want my Vansons to
take the road rash although it still isnt guranted safe against immoviable
objects.
