On a liquid lead acid battery .. if you are sitting with no load ..
the battery should be above 12.5 as sulfation starts in the 12.40s ...
a fully charged liquid lead acid battery would normally be setting at
12.6 - 12.7 volts if it were fully charged ... There is a % charge
chart on my web site, (identical to the Yuasa chart printed in the
last V-Boost magazine) ... check out ...
