Issue 140: Node(s) in child window not extended by prototype

See attached zip file.
When the parent includes prototype and then opens a child window, the nodes
of the child window
(when referenced by the parent) are not extended. This works in
webkit31/kjs and
webkit4/squirrelfish.
The attached collection of files will print out expected and actual
behavior to the console.
