Apparently we are parsing malformed {} quantifiers wrong. We are throwing
syntax errors where the others just parse them as literal { and }.
The relevant test is emca_3/externsions/regress-228087.js
Parts of that file are rather bogus since the author has forgotten for most
of the file that backslashes are stripped in single quoted strings, but
nevertheless we shouldn't be throwing exceptions on the examples there.
