This builds on the "while(true) {}" LoopBuilder support you've reviewed
earlier.
If you have any suggestions for how to reformat or refactor this code to
make it
more readable, I'm all ears. On the other hand, we'll probably have to
significantly change all this anyway when we add prototype chain walking, so
spending too much effort on formatting right now probably isn't worthwhile.
Description:
Hydrogenized KeyedLoadGeneric stub: exhaustively search dictionary
properties.
And call the runtime instead of stub-failing when the property isn't found.
