1. Let obj be ToObject(O).
This is new in ES6
Object.getOwnPropertyNames("foo")
TypeError: Object.getOwnPropertyNames called on non-object
// should be ["length", "0", "1", "2"]
Object.getOwnPropertySymbols(1)
TypeError: Object.getOwnPropertySymbols called on non-object
// should be []
