New issue 3462 by [email protected]: FunctionPrototypeSetter is not correct

var o = {__proto__: function() {}};
o.prototype = 42;
assert(o.hasOwnProperty('prototype')); // FAILS
This is due to FunctionPrototypeSetter at accessors.cc:928 which
incorrectly does not create an own property on o.
I'll go through the rest of the setters in this file too.
