IMHO making the bots use their own copy of gcmole.lua would be a step
backwards.
I spent a couple of hours so that they actually used the one in the
repository
so that the only thing on the bots not taken from the repository was the
clang
binary. The duplicated lua script ran out of sync too often, using the one
from
the repo was an improvement for everyone maintaining the GCMole buildbot.
