I would certainly like to see these simple fixes that solve most of the
issues. They have a nice advantage that basic correctness is easy to see
and review. It would be nice to have these fixed asap before people really
start using these functions.
The main reason for me on not porting fdlibm now is that it's a fair amount
of work to translate, create tests, and verify. I certainly won't be able
to do that in a short amount of time, but I would be more than happy to
review changes.
