It seems likely that TC39 will specify the accuracy of the special
functions:
http://esdiscuss.org/notes/2014-07-31. It seems unlikely Math.exp will be
allowed to have this inaccuracy. I would guess the accuracy of fdlibm would
be the minimum requirement.
