Anything else I can do to help with this? It looks like the bug occurs for
any floating point values e.g. NaN, 1.1, 1e-200.
I'm not sure where to look in the V8 code, but as far as I can tell, the
constant becomes incorrectly converted to an integer in the generated IR.
