This is a meta-bug to track deficiencies of V8's generators implementation.
1. A generator that throws is left in the "executing" state, instead of
transitioning to the "closed" state:

2. Yield* should not delegate a throw if the iterator being visited has no

3. Generator state not set to closed when yielding from finally block:
