I think this can be closed as invalid. Current V8 uses ldrex/strex on
ARMv6, it's just that node.js v0.10 uses an old version that doesn't.
@OP: v0.11 should work but you can open an issue requesting a back-port to
v0.10. ARM is a tier 2 arch so you will probably get asked to open a pull
request. If you cc me (@bnoordhuis), I'll review it for you.
