Actually, making it a parameter to Isolate::New wouldn't work for our use
case.
ServiceWorker should enforce strict mode only on worker's main script.
Scripts imported from the main script (by importScripts) should
remain "sloopy mode".
So we need a per-script switch for enforcing strict mode, perhaps passed to
ScriptCompiler::Compile().
Any advice?
