We want to use this at Facebook and not our polyfill. However it breaks for
subclassing. See example:
function simpleInherits(child, parent) {
child.prototype = Object.create(parent.prototype);
child.prototype.constructor = child;
}
function SubclassMap() {
Map.call(this);
}
simpleInherits(SubclassMap, Map);
new SubclassMap(); // TypeError: Constructor Map requires 'new'
