With harmony scoping, toplevel variables may resolve to a global context.
That makes the generated code context-dependent. That would cause
deserialized code in a new context to fail, since the hard-coded look-ups
assume the same context chain.
The solution would to set the variable bindings DYNAMIC whenever they
resolve to a global context, when the compiled code is meant for
serialization.
