Arch uses the latest version of ICU (54.1).
What is weird is that when I build/test V8 on my workstation then it passes
fine. Testing it on a clean machine (or in so-called chroot environment
where fresh copy of Arch installed into a chroot) then it fails. So indeed
it looks like a configuration issue, but I do not know V8 tests enough to
tell what exactly configuration option affects it.
Does machine locale configuration affects the tests?
