Blink uses kProduceCodeCache / kConsumeParserCache for most scripts but we
do
not have much test coverage for those code paths.
https://codereview.chromium.org/641283003/ changes these code paths, and it
was
very useful during the development of that CL to test with --cache=parse
(many
bugs would have gone unnoticed otherwise).
Adding another test variant to cover --cache=parse increases the time to run
the default tests by about 20% (from 3m 30s to 4m 15s for x64.release on my
desktop).
