Much better candidate fix, now merged into test262 mainline, here:

I verified that this works with the command
PS Z:\code\github\v8> python tools/run-tests.py --outdir=build --arch=ia32
--mode=release --buildbot --no-presubmit --no-variants test262-es6
(Windows 7/ia32/release/current v8 4d2befd)
Could someone please verify this on a machine without pyYaml installed.
