New issue 3662 by impinball: Object.seal really slow when iterated
https://code.google.com/p/v8/issues/detail?id=3662

On my machine, I saw that a sealed object iterated 10x slower than both a frozen object and a normal object. This should be faster to iterate given its nonextensibility, with similar optimization paths to frozen objects. The key difference is that the values may change.

I would like to note that the prototype chain is still modifiable, so such a runtime check can conditionally render that impossible. In that case, it still should be able to use a fast code path for own keys.
