Actually, Danno has experimented with a way to learn the optimal size for
an array via Allocation Sites. His work is blocked for other reasons, but
the idea is still interesting.
Danno, how about you hold onto this, and I hope we'll be able to do this
work eventually. But it's still probably a ways away.
