The use case given in the original report is no longer relevant, though, as
Promises are no longer implemented in Blink.
Given that we already expose two other ways to attach private state to to
an object through the API (hidden properties and private symbols), this
seems like a pretty low-priority addition to the API, so it'd only be for
completeness.
